I'm a former PCV from Venezuela who then spent 5 years teaching in St. Croix, USVI. I've been married to Rocky for 43 years. Our son, Jesse, is now 32. He's a Japanese-loving computer whiz who lives with us. Our daughter, Ahmber, became Mrs. Brent Burgess on Dec. 15th two years ago, and is headed for her 29th Earth Day birthday in April. This is my 45th year of teaching either students with learning disabilities or ESOL students and teachers. I love simple, natural things from people to animals to activities. I'm a lifelong learner who likes caring, sharing, and daring...and rhyming is fun, too.
