Welcome Welcome to CHARM 2013! We would like to start by thanking you for your registration for CHARM 2013. We hope that you are looking forward to the event as much as we are. Through your registration you are given the base package during the exhibition. We are now offering you the possibility to extend your participation in CHARM by exposing your company to students through different events during the fair or by adding optional features to your booth. For the first time we are also offering all CHARMcompanies to meet Chalmers alumni the evening before the fair, do not miss out on this opportunity! Please read through our product catalogue and get inspired to find new ways to connect with the students. All optional features are made in the Complete Registration on www.arbetsmarknadsdagar.se until November the 20th, when the registration is closing. See you at CHARM!

Base package CHARM 2013 offers you a base package during the two fair days. In addition to this you are offered a number of additional options to ease and improve your fair experience. Apart from those additional options, you are given the opportunity to get increased contact with the students by participating in different events. Further, the possibility to get increased exposure to the students during CHARM 2013 is also offered.

Content of the base package •

Booth area of 3x2 meters, including carpet.

Wireless internet access and electronic outlet.

Full page advertisement and information about your company in the CHARM fair catalogue, which is printed in roughly 5000 copies.

A host dedicated to assist you and your company before and during the fair.

Opening breakfast the first day of the fair in the Chalmers Student Union restaurant and in our lounges the second day. The opening breakfast must be booked in advance.

Generic fair evaluation.

CHARM offers extra booth area at the cost of 15000 SEK per 2 sqm. Cannot be guaranteed due to lack of space in the buildings.

Events CHARM offers four types of events — for different types of contact with the students! This year will for the first time feature CHARMalumn, where you get a chance to meet Chalmers alumni the evening before the fair.

CHARMarena CHARMarena is a great opportunity to inspire students by presenting your company to them. This can be done through a presentation of a current project within your company or by talking about what is going on in your company at the moment. Give the students of Chalmers an insight in the development process of an app or how you work to minimize the environmental impact. Coffee and snack for all participating students are included. Please register your interest and idea in the Complete Registration and we will contact you for further discussion on how to reach the students in the best possible way! CHARMspontan

CHARMspontan gives you the opportunity to have a lunch or a coffee together with a student you meet during the exhibition under more relaxed circumstances. Connected to the lounges there are rooms available where your representative can have a coffee or lunch with a student. Register your interest for CHARMspontan in the Complete Registration.

CHARMinterview If you would like to have the opportunity to meet and talk to students on a one on one basis we recommend CHARMinterview. The event is a possibility for you to establish contact with a student that you find interesting. It is up to you whether you want to discuss master thesis, trainee-programs or other career possibilities. You make the selection from students who has shown interest in and applied for an interview with your company. CHARM will handle all administration regarding the event such as making schedules and contacting students. Registration for CHARMinterview is made in the Complete Registration. There you will also give information about how long you wish your conversations to be, and also the purpose of the interview. In the price one interview is included but it is possible to add extra. You can choose from three different lengths of the interviews: 30, 45 or 60 minutes with a pause of 15 minutes between interview. CHARMalumn

The new concept, CHARMalumn gives your company the opportunity to meet Chalmers alumni the evening before the fair. During the event Chalmers alumni and representatives from your company meet and mingle together. During the evening inspirational speeches will be given and food and drinks will be served. Included in the price are participation in CHARMalumn, information in the CHARMalumn catalogue and refreshments during the event. Registration for CHARMalumn is made in Complete Registration. Marketing CHARM offers different ways for you to get extra exposure through marketing during the fair.

CoreTV CHARM offers you the possibility to inform the students via advertisement on Chalmers Student Union’s large screen monitors located around campus! There are two possibilities: before and during the fair. Before the fair: The advert is displayed in a slideshow for 15 seconds and the number of advertisers is limited to 16 companies. Date: 28th January – 4th February Time: 24 hours/day Price: 8 000 SEK During the fair: Show your company and your booth by advertising on one of the plasmascreens around the exhibitionarea. The avdert is displayed for 5 seconds on 10 different screens. Date: February 5th and 6th Time: 24 hours/day Price: 5 000 SEK

Posters We offer help with putting up posters around campus when the students return from their Christmas holiday. Included in the price are posters on 15 different locations around Chalmers’ two campuses. The posters will be put up a couple of weeks before the fair. Price: 2 000 SEK

Photography of booth

During the exhibition the photographers of Chalmers Student Union will stroll around the exhibition area and photograph your booth. After the exhibition 5 edited pictures will be delivered to your company, free to use for internal as well as external marketing. Pris: 1500 SEK
