CHARTER ONE INTERNATIONAL

Charter One continues to be authentic in serving its mission of supporting families and serving as many students as possible. In alignment with that mission, the organization announced in late 2024 that it would expand its operations to other countries. Charter One will continue to grow its footprint across the continental United States with highquality charter schools while also changing the world internationally, beginning with India and Ghana in the coming years.

With my education background, I wanted to make sure they were getting the best education possible and ALA is what stood out to us. The teachers go above and beyond and they do after school tutoring to help any students that need that extra help or just encouraging the kids.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

At Charter One, we believe that our educators hold a paramount role – the most crucial task in the world. They aim to collaborate with parents to nurture the next generation of well-educated, responsible citizens and resilient leaders. Within our client schools, teachers and staff thrive in a supportive environment and positive culture that nurtures both professional and personal growth.

A cornerstone of Charter One’s commitment to fostering a family environment for client school administration and staff is our strategic scope and sequence of teacher and leader training. This thoughtfully designed approach provides ongoing, targeted support that empowers educators to grow professionally and excel in their roles. It reflects our belief that investing in leadership and teacher development benefits educators and serves as a powerful catalyst for elevating the community. By equipping educators with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, we ensure their success directly enhances the communities we serve. This commitment is not just a professional endeavor; it’s a holistic strategy to cultivate leaders who inspire positive change within and beyond the classroom.

I can say that I have been happy with everything so far and that we feel our daughter is striving at ALA and has enjoyed making new friends. We are excited to see where things go from here.

Service is at the heart of the values-based curriculum our client schools offer. At Charter One, we deeply believe that serving the communities we partner with and operate in is integral to our world.

As an example of that, a group of dedicated Charter One team members traveled to Ghana, Africa to help

the children and staff members at a local area school develop a learning environment where students could thrive. Through building renovations, new furniture, a library, classroom supplies, and more, we are proud to have made a difference in the lives of many families internationally.
