Michelle Bradford

Matthew Bradford brings a strong history of success in commercial and residential real estate to the Bradford Group. He grew up in the Hilton Head Island area and attended Elon College where he studied business law and later finished his education at Appalachian State University where he majored in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. In 1996 Matthew was hired to work in real estate sales for Boddie Noell Enterprises (BNE Land), one of the largest privately held companies in North Carolina. He worked on the Outer Banks in high-end residential sales, mostly dealing with million dollar plus income producing rental property. Along with his father, he formed a general real estate company in Corolla, NC and managed a staff of eight. That experience launched him into commercial sales in 2000. Since 1996, he has sold over $400 million in residential and commercial real estate. He attributes this success to having a great working relationship with local community leaders and living in the Lowcountry since 1976. He will be a CCIM designee in 2016.

As a buyer’s and a seller’s agent at Charter One Realty in Bluffton, SC, Michelle is committed to offering her clients the highest quality representation and professionalism along with superb customer service and individualized marketing strategies while meeting the needs of her clients. Michelle’s personable and professional character allows her to build and maintain solid relationships. Michelle grew up in the area and has deep Lowcountry roots. She is a 1998 graduate of the University of South Carolina Columbia. Before beginning her career in real estate Michelle studied for her Appraiser’s license. Then in 2002 she became a licensed Realtor and worked for Trademark Properties in Charleston, SC. In 2005 Michelle moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina where she went on to become a Broker and work for Boddie-Noell Enterprises, one of the largest privately held real estate development companies in North Carolina. She focused on high –end residential sales. Michelle moved back to the Lowcountry in 2006 and currently works for Charter One Realty.
