Andy Reed began his business career as a stock broker in North Carolina followed by a career in the banking industry in Virginia. He started his real estate career on Hilton Head Island in 1997 and has closed over $270 million in real estate sales. In 2014 Andy became an owner of Charter One Realty.

Andy moved to Hilton Head Island with his parents in 1980 and graduated from Hilton Head High School in 1989. He played basketball for Virginia Tech and graduated from Virginia Tech in 1994. He and his wife, Stephanie were married in 1995 and have three daughters.

He is a member of Hilton Head Island Community Church and enjoys raising his children as well as playing golf and tennis.

We have had the pleasure of working with Andy Reed on three real estate transactions. We have bought, sold, and bought again with Andy.
