The 2021 President’s Club winners all share a love of People, a deep Pride in their residence and a full embracement of the Sales Process. “I am always so inspired by the President’s Club winners and this year was even more special hearing how this group of talented RLCs persevered and were successful even with the challenges of the pandemic. We asked our sales force to pivot and adapt to ever evolving directives and new forms of technology and this group did so with truly exceptional results. Without fail, the President’s Club winners talked about a team effort and a focus on the sales process to ensure their prospective residents have a memorable and personalized experience when visiting the home. It was my honour to welcome each and every one of them into this exclusive club and to hear the pride in their voice when talking about their residences and the staff who truly Make People’s Lives BETTER.”

“Our President’s Club winners are truly elite, they represent Chartwell’s top sales performers. They share a deep pride in their work, a passion for the people they serve and a true understanding of our sales process. One of the best parts of the President’s Club decision making process is the incredible written nominations from DRS leaders. You can feel the enthusiasm and pride they have for their performing RLCs. Many of our President’s Club winners have gone on to become GM’s and DRS’s. Once you win President’s Club, the logo becomes a part of your business card, and you are officially part of the Club.”
