Located in the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains, the breathtaking Douglas County/Clear Creek area is not your average vacation destination. From the arts to the cultural splendor, from the casinos to its unprecedented natural surroundings, Douglas County is an area rich in both tradition and fresh entertainment. Clear Creek is on the eastern slope of the Carson Range, 20 minutes to both Incline Village and South Shore, and minutes to the conveniences of Carson City. The property sits on a saddle between the eastern face of the Sierra and a remarkably dramatic outcropping that towers up to 6,500 feet. This piece of land lies naturally in its mountainous

As the community takes shape, on site materials are being used extensively, both for the construction of the golf course and the surrounding community.
