Are you concerned about Climate Change?
Do you want to help by participating in a group to make things better?
submitted by Village of Chase

We all know every little bit helps! The Village of Chase is inviting you to apply for a position on the Village’s Climate Action Committee.
This is a voluntary position with at least 4 meetings a year being held. You will be asked your opinion on ways the Village of Chase can contribute to making things better in our community to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce waste, and promote environmental stewardship. The committee’s discussions will advise Council on various initiatives, projects and educational opportunities. The committee members will also be asked to be involved in educational activities that have been approved by Council. Please send applications (a bit about yourself and why you wish to participate in this committee) to cao@chasebc.ca or via mail to PO Box 440 Chase BC, Attention CAO.
Deadline for applications is April 24, 2023. If you have questions, please contact the CAO at the Village office at 250.679.3238 or via email at cao@chasebc.ca
