MR Credit 2: Construction Waste Management 1 point Divert construction and demoliton debris from disposal in landfills and y incineration facilities. Redirect recyclable resources back to the manufacturing process and reusable materiasl to appropriate sites. Designtex products with formal reclamation programs support this credit

MR Credit 4: Recycled Content 10% of materials and products, 1 point 20% of materials and products, 2 points Use materials, including furniture and furnishings, with recycled content such that the sum of postconsumer recycled content plus one-half of the preconsumer content constitutes at least 10% or 20% of the total value of the materials in the project. The recycled content value of the material is determined by weight.

MR Credit 5: Regional Materials 20% Manufactured Regionally, 1 point 10% Extracted and Manufactured Regionally, 2 points Use a minimum of 20% of the combined value of materials and products that are manufactured within the region, OR use 10% of materials and products extracted/harvested and manufactured regionally. Manufacturing refers to the final assembly of components into the building product that is installed (not components). For Designtex products, this credit is only applicable to wallcovering, which is considered a final product, and potentially Fusion Fusion, depending on its installation installation.

MR Credit 6: Rapidly Renewable Materials 5% of materials and products, 1 point Use rapidly renewable materials and products made from plants that are typically harvested within a 10-year or shorter cycle (examples include: wool, cotton, silk, etc.) for 5% of the total value ($) of all materials and products used in the project.

MR Credit 7: Certified Wood 50% of new wood-based products FSC certified, 1 point When using new wood-based products and materials, use a minimum of 50% that are certified in accordance with the Forest Stewardship Council's Principles and Criteria.
