Reunion Weekend check-in tables open at 3 p.m. on Friday. Enter the campus from Germantown Avenue onto Rogers Drive, proceeding to Fournier Circle and the area near Logue Library. EXTRA HANDS TO HELP YOU SETTLE IN
Valet service and luggage assistance will be available for arrivals and departures at the following times: Friday 3 p.m.-9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sunday 8 a.m.-Noon VENUES & FUNCTION ROOMS
With the exception of the Rotunda, all rooms used for Reunion Weekend activities and events are now air-conditioned.
HOUSING ON CAMPUS
Alumnae and alumni registering as singles will be housed in the all-suites, air-conditioned Mary Jackson Fitzsimmons ’35 Hall. First preference for rooms is given to the Golden Griffins reunion classes. All Golden Griffin reunion classes are asked to reply with room requests by April 25, after which suites will be available to other classes. We will make every effort to house classes and friends together, but this cannot be guaranteed. Those who plan to suite together are asked to designate one member to indicate the suite members on the reply form. SUITES CONSIST OF:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom w/shower, and sitting room for 4 (DOUBLE SUITE)

Spouses, significant others, travel companions, and other adults are welcome to join and be housed with alumnae and alumni throughout the weekend in Loyola Lodge at SugarLoaf Hill. Each room is air-conditioned and contains a private bathroom. Vans will transport those staying in Loyola Lodge to/from main campus activities. Housing reservations must be made no later than May 9 to ensure on-campus accommodations, linen service, and meals. Those requiring overnight housing after May 9 are urged to contact one of the area hotels (www.CHCgriffinsonline.com/areahotels). Discounting cannot be granted after May 9 because of adjusted food service, housekeeping, and other essential services. LOGUE LIBRARY HOURS

Each room includes two desks with chairs; two closets; two twin beds with sheets, blankets, and one pillow with pillowcase per bed; one towel and washcloth per person; and a paper floor mat for the shower. No toiletries or hangers will be provided. Please bring any other necessities with you.

campus policy regarding minors A minor, defined as an individual who is not registered as a student at Chestnut Hill College and who is under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. This supervising adult is responsible for the minor’s conduct on campus. There must be one such adult accompanying every two minors visiting the campus.
photographers for reunion weekend Chestnut Hill College will hire two photographers during the weekend, one to record activities and events (candids) and one specifically for class pictures on Saturday. Class pictures can be ordered for $15 per picture, noted on your enclosed registration form. The candids are used for CHC publications, websites, fundraising materials, and other non-commercial purposes. Please inform the Alumni Relations office in advance if you do not want to be photographed for these purposes or videotaped for The Oral History Project. We also ask you to repeat your instruction to the photographer, in the event that you are inadvertently included in a group candid or crowd shot.

annual reunion memorial mass All reunion-year alumni are welcome to celebrate the Annual Reunion Memorial Mass, now moved from Saturday morning to early evening. This is the only liturgy celebrated during the weekend. reunion weekend costs The prices charged for activities, events, and meals offset a portion of the costs for food, beverages, food service, housekeeping, entertainment, photography, valet parking and other items and services offered throughout the weekend. We attempt to keep all fees reasonable so that as many alumni as possible can enjoy their return home to CHC. Reservations at $75 per night include bed & bath linens and full breakfast the following morning.
