What Is Migraine? How It Can Be Treated??

A migraine is a condition characterized by intense or throbbing pain in the head. It is followed by symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light, sound, and smells. This condition can last for several hours and sometimes even for days. If you feel a throbbing pain in your head three or more times a week and have to take painkillers, you need to consult your medical practitioner. It can be due to migraine. Your doctor would evaluate the symptoms and give you the treatment accordingly. Symptoms of migraine The symptoms of migraine may include dizziness, loss of appetite, frequent urination, constipation, fatigue, drowsiness, feeling lethargic, increased thirst, sensitivity to light and sound, mood swings from depression to an ecstatic, stiff neck, etc. How is migraine caused? Intake of certain foods items such as chocolate, cheese, caffeine can cause migraines in some persons. Other reasons of migraine may include stress, depression, drinking a large amount of alcohol, nervous system disorder, loud music, anxiety, abnormalities in the brain chemicals, allergies, oversleeping, blocked or irregular blood vessels, and
