*LBO25 can upgrade to become a LBO100 or LBO50 in their BackOffice by selecting the upgrade tab at any time within their first 90 days by investing in the difference of the enrollment fee plus enrolling in the monthly BizPlan. They will start receiving the higher commissions, renewals, sales team points along with becoming eligible to qualify for bonuses, royalties and BizPerks. New L6 can start earning bonuses the following day after achieving 500 sales team points for the balance of that month and the next month automatically. The new L6 must qualify for future bonus status by achieving 300 sales team points during the next month and every month thereafter. New business points and level advancements are processed the next day at 1:00am.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR $2 PER PLAN:

LBOs at the QL6 status (300 points) and have 25 QL6s in their L6 sales team will earn for that month, and every month there after, an additional $1 R25 royalty added to their $1 bonus, totaling $2 per plan, paid on all plans produced by their L6 sales team.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR $3 PER PLAN:

Same as above but requires 50 QL6s. You will earn $1 Bonus, $1 R25 and $1 R50 Royalties for a total of $3 per plan produced.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR $4 PER PLAN:

Same as above but requires 75 QL6s. You will earn $1 Bonus, $1 R25, $1 R50 and $1 R75 Royalties for a total of $4 per plan produced.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR $5 PER PLAN: 4 QL6 Depth

Same as above but requires 75 QL6s. You will earn $1 Bonus, $1 R25, $1 R50, $1 R75 and R100 Royalties for a total of $5 per plan.

*Bonus Example:

In January you are Permanent Qualifying L6 (QL6) that has 50 L6s in your L6 sales team each averaging 5 plan sales for the month. Your bonus for this month is $1 for 250 plans = $250. The next month you are at the QL6 status and your L6 sales team in February produces another 250 plans sold. Your bonus will be $250 for January and $250 for February totaling $500. When your L6 sales team keeps producing 250 new plan sales every month, your December bonus will be $3,000.

*R25 Royalties Example:

In January you are a QL6 that has 25 QL6s and 250 L6s. Your 25 QL6s are producing an average of 10 plan sales for the month for a total of 250 plans, and your 250 L6s are producing an average of 5 plan sales for the month for a total of 1250 plans sold. You will be paid a $1 Bonus of $1500 and a $1 R25 Royalty of $1500 for a total of $3000. In February,(assuming the same amount of plans were sold), your Bonus and Royalty would be $3,000 for January and $3,000 for February for a monthly total of $6,000. Your December Bonus and Royalties would be $36,000.

*R50 Royalties Example:

In January you are a QL6 that has 50 QL6s and 500 L6s, Your 50 QL6s are producing an average of 10 sales for the month for a total of 500 plans sold and your 500 L6s are producing an average of 5 sales for the month for a total of 3000 plans sold. You will be paid a $1 Bonus of $3000, a $1 R25 Royalty of $3000, and a $1 R50 Royalty of $3000 for a total of $9,000. In February, (assuming the same amount of plans were sold), your Bonus and Royalties would be $9,000 for January and $9,000 for February for a monthly total of $18,000. Your December Bonus and Royalties would be $108,000.

*R75 and *R100 Royalties Examples:

You can let your imagination figure this out. As stated above, Liberty will be adding a additional $1 per L6 sales team plan sold ($4 per plan) upon achieving the R75 status and adding another additional $1 per L6 sales team plan sold ($5 per plan) upon achieving the R100 status.

Note:

*You must maintain 300 points per month in order to qualify for all bonuses and royalties. These examples are for the purpose of showing how the Compensation Plan works. In reality, compensation may vary based on effort, production, and attrition.
