Rates and Mechanica Chef Magazine has been published in the UK for 10 years, we have just published the 70th issue, and is widely recognised as the most read magazine by the Professional Chef. The magazine is renowned for including interviews with chefs at the top of their game, profiling different countries cuisine around the world, searching out up and coming chefs that have the brightest of futures and profiling the best training activities. In addition, there is a section dedicated to ingredients tasting, equipment and recipes to help inspire and challenge the chef.
