THE PROJECT RegalArte is a social development project that wants to offer Venezuelan children an integrated artistic learning experience in order to motivate them to look in art and culture a window to be able to express themselves, and also try to make them open up their vision and perspective on their lives, their future and their surroundings, while transforming their and the country´s cultural and artistic sense. We will be working from Monday to Thursday with activities oriented to Artistic Knowledge and Abilities, and on Fridays (being the closure day for each art) we’ll be doing special activities, trips, etc., with the intention of focusing that day on their Artistic Wishes. The participants will be kids from the several communities of Naguanagua, Venezuela, and the schedule will be from 8:00am to 11:00am.
MISSION To transform the cultural understanding and perception of kids from Naguanagua’s communities, teaching them the benefits and importance of the different artistic expressions, through the realization of these with the help of passionate artistic people, and offering them an emotional development opportunity while incorporating a cultural and artistic sense on society.
VISION To get RegalArte become a national or even an international project, through it transform the cultural and artistic sense of children from Venezuela and the world, and so prevent children violence, delinquency and drugs abuse.

WHO IS IT FOR?

WORKING PLAN RegalArte will work with six (6) artistic expressions: Painting, Dance, Literature, Photography, Music, and Theatre. It will last six (6) weeks (1 artistic expression per week), in which a series of workshops and activities will be developed by both national and international coaches.
CONTENT The six (6) weeks will be divided as follow: 1st week: Painting 2nd week: Literature 3rd week: Dance 4th week: Music 5th week: Photography 6th week: Theatre Each week will count with the next kind of activities: • Theoretical: To extend their knowledge about the expression. • Practical: To improve their abilities on the expression. • Extras / Special: To make them identify their wishes for the expression.
