“A big thank you to everyone in Cheltenham who has recycled more and of course, a big thank you to all the Ubico staff who have loaded more waste and recycling into our vehicles every day during these very difficult times. Please do your bit for climate change – reduce your waste and reuse or recycle more.” Councillor Chris Coleman, Cabinet Member Clean and Green Environment

Who are Ubico?
Ubico is a council owned company that delivers environmental services for 7 councils across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire, including Cheltenham Borough Council. You may have seen our staff collecting your bins and recycling, mowing grass, tending parks and play areas, and cleaning your streets. I would like to congratulate the residents of Cheltenham on your recycling achievements during these unusual times, and thank you for the support you have shown to our staff. From pictures in windows and on bins, to cold drinks left out on hot days for our crews, social media posts to formal thank you letters, we have been so delighted to receive them all and it has made a huge difference to our teams through these challenging times‌. thank you!
