If we try to re-design river as a center of life, what will the life in the future? 若將河做為生活中心重新設計,未來的生活又將會是何種樣貌 ?
在台灣目前以都市發展為考量的前提下,為提供足夠的交通需求,河川從生活中退為配角,無數的河 上方被加蓋成了道路,然而這將使得自然紋理逐漸被的被生活遺忘。 設計位於蘇澳鎮新興巷、泉興巷加蓋河流空間,希望在考量交通需求的前提下,適度的拆除道路加蓋, 並透過設計的手法將之活化,喚起城市對於河流的重視、拉近人與水的距離。

都市 - 街道 - 家 - [?] - 河
在台灣目前以都市發展為考量的前提下,為提供足夠的交通需 求,河川從生活中退為配角,無數的河上方被加蓋成了道路,然 而這將使得自然紋理逐漸被的被生活遺忘。
此設計位於蘇澳鎮中心區河流空間,新興巷、泉興巷為溝渠加蓋 的現有道路。在考量交通需求的前提下,適度的拆除道路加蓋, 並透過景觀生態的手法將之活化、美化、淨化,重新喚起城市對 於河流的重視並拉近人與水的距離。 沿著河岸,緩緩的走入家,不知不覺間,就來到街上,在街道漫 步的過程中,無意間又進入了城市。多重不同濃度的空間,相互 交織。
如同河流般蜿蜒延續的家,以及過去在騎樓下,連續的小徑,又 或者是曲折路徑的家。且不同的場域中,我們是否能找到同質性, 而再次的去定義與思考人們的居住場所?肯定是會非常原始的場 所。而我們希望將這個原始的場所,塑造成未來河岸住宅的原型。

在家與自然被分開來的之間。也許在談這件事情的時候,任 何人都不知道中間會產生什麼,卻可以藉由之間這兩個字明 確的指出,而正是因為我們無法真正知道其面貌,而可以衍 生出,應該會有怎麼樣的空間的思考?所謂的之間並沒有「實 體」,是這個什麼就是實體,但是之間總是會是透明的。
對都市中的河岸,作為物件就毫無疑慮被覆蓋起來的這件事 情,我們總隱隱約約帶著某些質問。我們一直覺得,在一段 街道上,沿著騎樓,這件事情,很奇妙。自從有記憶以來, 每當在這個城市遇到雨天,我們總會穿越騎樓,沿著這個點 去的場所。就算走出名為家的大門。會覺得還是在一個巨大 的空間中。暫時被家的感覺所牽引,然後才慢慢的,安靜的 融入這個城市。 因此家、都市與自然的之間,只用一片混凝土牆是無法解決 的,毫無疑問應該是有著好幾個不同的灰色領域,建成的曖 昧的,互相交疊在一起的空間。

因此我們可以對家重新定義,現在所謂的家並不是家;家,是人們居住的場所,但是人們居住的 場所並不僅止於家,加,只不過是人們居住場所作為一個非常獨特的,個體與形態。當然是這樣 的話,我們不應該停留在家這個特殊的形態而已,而是要試著去廣義的,塑造出人們居住之場所。 在過去,家與街區並沒有被獨立區別出來,甚至在更久之前也沒有從自然之間區別開來,請把他 家作為單純的遮蔽物,這件事情是將作為生活的場域,這個更廣義豐富性的可能性切去除掉了。
雖然在做建築設計的我們,也許在最後總得做出一個實質的建物,這個建物,作為家的同時、也 可以作為都市,同時更是自然這件事情,應該也是可能被實踐的,在這個設計中,我們希望追溯 到家與自然被分開之前的狀態。

這棟建築是由一個空間所構成,也可以說是有很多,不同的場所,在這個空間中偶然相遇,串聯 在一起的狀態。人的生活將會因為曖昧性。與連貫更為豐富。居住這件事情,並無法用所謂金融 這個字來進行區別和整理,因為它帶有某種不確定在裡頭。在面對眼前蔓延的很,風,與味道, 關聯性連接在一起而得以被接受,存在於那個場所。

路易斯康曾經說過,所有的建築都是住宅這樣的話。也許這是一種對於住宅的定義,並不是思考 住宅,而是思考如何將這個居住的場所,追溯到它的源頭來、對居住場所進行再定義的動作。

阿里史溪貫穿了整個蘇澳,像是母親的雙手,輕柔的, 把居民擁抱在懷裡,我們希望有外地來到此處的人們, 對於入口第一的印象,如桃花源記,眼前一片豁然開 朗,眼中所見是居民的生活熱鬧的市集以及小孩們的歡 笑聲,而默默的陪在身邊的,試著調息,從白天到晚上 默默的,新構成的居住空間外表看似與當地毫無關聯, 然後走在其中便能體會到,每個居住單元之間的關係, 空間的比例,串聯的街舞空間,以及不論晴雨,使人們 間能穿梭尋找朋友的騎樓,都存在在這裡,空間彼此之 間有著曖昧的關係,創造了多重的空間體驗。

透過地表雨水回收系統,有效地蒐集都市平面上的 雨水,透過地表富土層進行初次過濾,進而作為灌 溉、馬桶沖水用、一般民生用水等,而使用過後的 汙水再進入二次處裡池,以自然的方式將雨水過濾 之後,再進行後續相關處裡或應用,達到節省水資 源的目標,並且讓這樣的習慣成為居住者的生活習 慣之一,進而逐漸影響其周遭的親友。

希望這個建築不只是一個打卡的點,而是一個能 讓人想有接近他,觸摸他,攀爬他,甚至走進他 的衝動。希望這棟建築在土地上,成為一座隱蔽 在城市中的地標。居住的空間藏身於隆起的小山 坡中,你可以由外而內的探索建築;對建築而言, 光線就是靈魂所在之處。我們希望這棟建築,充 滿各種自然元素 - 光、水、風、綠。同時這也是一 座大的樂器,由內而外,向這個城市放送著生活 與價值觀。

Landmark of the word, in the modern may be some derogatory meaning. Hope that this building is not just a punch point, but one can make people want to have close to him, touch him, climb him, and even into his impulse. Hope this building in the land, as a hidden landmark in the city. The living space is hiding in the hillside of the uplift, and you can explore the building from outside to inside; for the building, the light is where the soul is. We hope that this building, filled with a variety of natural elements - light, water, wind, green.

In the first city, the proportion of the demand is increasing, but the resources of space and care have not been satisfied. 平面機能規劃上,希望保持流動的動線,由路口進入到基地尾端為開放至私密的動線,故將行政辦公空間、 以及與居民的活動空間設置於馬路側,並且依照所需照顧程度,將小班到大班,由外到內分布,讓管理上更 易於進行。 小班與中班因所需的照顧偏多、以及免疫系統尚未成熟等緣故,故將其與主空間連結,確保在天氣變化下, 仍能保障室內環境的溫度;而大班則因趨近成熟,故將其配置於基地最深處,並且鄰近於水邊,讓其保有一 定的自由與隱私,進而達到加速幼兒身心發展之目的。

在宜蘭,傳統的住商混合型空間,皆將商業空間置於地面 層,以利於商業活動之進行,然而在獲得便利性的同時, 卻也失去了部分空間特質。 若照在地的空間規劃方式,則會使的位於高處的景色,因 上下分層的關係,只能留給私人住宅;因此,透過反轉私 人與公共空間的上下關係,則能讓使用者得以獲得不同的 空間體驗,位於混合使用建築中的商業空間,也能獲得良 好的視野與通風環境,而在商業空間結束營運後,也能讓 其空間作為私人、抑或社區活動使用之。

Where am I ? When architecture is invisible. 我在我不在之處,當建築有形轉無形

海德格在《存在與時間》中曾說:「空間是自然外於自身存在的無中介的漠然無別狀態。」 空 間 是 一 種 自 我(self) 以 外 的 延 伸, 一 種 環 境 的 狀 態。 透 過 解 析 這 個 世 界 反 映 出 自 己 之 於 世 界 的 相 對 座 標(relative coordinate)。在時間與空間的距離,迅速被資訊化時代給抹平,此世代中,自我的主體開始可以在同樣的時間裡,存在於不同 空間。空間不斷的被扭曲,交通的發達縮短了空間之間的相對時間距離,而手機將聲音抽離空間限制,視訊通話更將視覺與聲音 抽離空間的概念。 然而,我(self)是誰?這成為了這世代的人所必須嘗試回答的問題。在同一個時空,我們開始擁有多重的自我主體。
我們在鏡子中可視自己,然而面對鏡子時,自身為視與被視何者?主體究竟為何者?主體為自身,而鏡中再現的主體雖並非主體, 但卻是不可缺少的。主體與再現的相依賴性,唯有依靠再現,自我才能認識本身,就如同前面所述,我們不斷的透過解析環境所 映照出的象來瞭解自我。

基地位於頭城鎮的運動公園,旁緊鄰頭城國中,使用者主要來自臨 側的國中生與使用公園的青年與銀髮族們。
由入口向外望出,則是開蘭橋立於前,後方更被高聳的景觀大廈擋 住了視野。既無景可借,因此在設計時則自創其景。

外觀初期是直接類比港口 ( 平台 )、搶孤 ( 孤棚 )、龜山島 ( 地形 ) 意 pl pl pl az az az 象,望能藉由本設計,透過傳統 / 在地技術 ( 不局限於建築 ) 的革新 a a a pl pl pl / 轉化,來把技術 / 文化以新的方式 / 型態傳承下去。搶孤為在地重 az az az a a 要特色,然而當地學子卻對自己的文化感到陌生 ( a因生活中根本無緣 add barrier add barrier add barrier 接觸 );因此,透過將孤棚的結構做向上 / 向外偏移後,將傳統斗拱 add barrier add barrier add barrier 形式簡化並套用於之,將此形體換種方式,刻印在學子們記憶中。

榕樹意象類比

頭城磚窯,始於日治時期 ,且民國 50 年代以後,颱風侵襲後之 災後重建、經濟發展後人民所得增加而改建住宅等因素,使得 紅磚需求增加,但民國 70 年代以後因建築材料逐漸改為鋼筋混 凝土,因此對磚材需求減少,使得磚業發展逐漸沒落,也許在 著大量使用紅磚這件事,能讓部分居民回憶起那個年代的風景 (?

而構築這棟建築的材料,皆以自然素材搭配上陽光、空 氣、水的變化創造出禪意。當地的頭城農場有豐富的竹 材資源,可為建築提供當地的素材,而內部牆體和外部 格柵之間的關係,為竹林與房舍的轉化,將屋頂之遮 雨、外部士也遮蔽的功能,和建築牆體圍塑拆成兩件事 情去處理;
