CONCEPT
INTRODUCTION
CONCEPT
The headquarters’ design is a backdrop/showroom for OFS BRANDS products. Multiple circulation paths provide many ways to roam in the office-showroom for visitors and staff alike. The color palette, materials, and finishes have all been fix spacing by the flexibility, craftsmanship, and sustainable features of the OFS Brands products.
My proposal for the OFS BRANDS headquarters aims to draw people’s attention to the process and materials of furniture design. I was inspired by Gaston Bachelard's metaphor of a house as a dwelling for the psyche, where the attic is a space of quiet and rational thought. In other words, I created a dwelling for the psyche of furniture. The plan is split into three parts: the reception and meeting-room lobby (body), the collaborative work space (soul), and the mixed-use office area (mind).

RELAXATION CENTER
CONCEPT AND DRAWINGS
INTRODUCTION
This relaxation center is inspired by Peter Zumthor’s Thermal Vals Bath. Big lighting fixtures emphasize the flow of the space. The patterns on the concrete create a water texture. The waved boxes in the yoga room create a dynamic ceiling pattern that highlights the movement.

CHILDREN’S LIBRARY
CONCEPT AND DRAWINGS
INTRODUCTION Wonderland children’s library is a library for children and teens to discover their interests during reading time. The floor plan illustrates the original contour of two rectangles rotating and moving. The goal is to find the way to organize the space in the library. Since the movement has been set up already by the original plan. Space will tell a story by this unfolding tendency.

CONCEPT AND DRAWINGS
INTRODUCTION Inspired by a Chinese poem "Chu jiang hua yue ye", which illustrates a scenery of the abstract moonlight reflection. The little space created by the wood slates makes this dressing table mysterious. Flexible brass finished trays moving on the track between the slates not only create a flow to mimic the water feature but also speak to the walnut to dictate a Chinese classic.
