Private hotel grounds
Please be informed that access to Chenot Palace Weggis is exclusive to guests following the Chenot Programme and having a valid reservation of minimum 7 nights. Any other purposes and a reservation less than 7 nights are not permitted. For the privacy of our valued guests, the acceptance of external visitors is only permitted in the Main Reception, guest room and Tea Lounge.
Check-in & Check out times
Kindly note of the check-in (15:00) & check-out (12:00) times. Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability and additional charges.
Phone Free Zones
For a maximum state of relaxation, kindly be informed that we have implemented a “Phone Free Zones”. These are Restaurant, Spa and Medical Areas, Hammam, Sauna & Indoor Pool.

My Chenot App offers convenient digital access to your personalised Chenot wellness programme. Please download it by searching the "My Chenot" App in your App Store. At the reception, you will receive a personalized QR code to access your profile.
Dress code
For our guest convenience, the dress code during the day is the Chenot bathrobe and slippers which is provided in the room. Please check with the Spa Reception as specific treatments requires sportswear. During dinner, the dress code is sports wear or smart casual.
Room service
Room service is served during the opening hours of the restaurant. During the day, our Tea menu is available.
