ELEVATION & SECTION There were several rounds of design iterations regarding the proposed functions and operations that directly affect the floor plans and elevations. The elevation shown below is based on the feedback from one of the anchor tenants. The new elevation proposal controls daylight for the rehearsal space and reduces the project budget by replacing large area of curtain wall system with rainscreen walls.
