The light industrial building is rented as double high lofts with a very flexible mezzanine system that can be modified according to individual needs by only 2 people. A compact system of waffle slab accommodates all HVAC needs.

Instead of storing cash and pay interest in cash, Bank of Wisdom lets people deposit their time in the individual or shared Vaults, and transforms the time into wisdom through either meditation or interaction with people.

The plain floating volume of the pool has a peculiar curve bottom, which suggest the water contained inside. This gesture raise the attention of the pedestrians to a level that may be either ignored or taken seriously.

Prefabricated concrete load bearing walls units and light weight CLT beams allow cantilevering porch at corners, making the courtyard of the high density housing project porous and comfortable.

Located at the coastal area of Miami, the building facade features a motorized louver system acting as shading as well as storm protection. The blue reflective painting of the louver blend it self in to the tropic sky.

To make construction without heavy equipment possible, the living unit for disaster area employs aluminum extrusions as frames and bubble-concrete insulated aluminum panels.

The two chamfered triangle volume follow the topology, intersecting at different level, forming the main hall and the main courtyard. The red concrete is developed to match the context and represent the copper mine beside it.

This project is located at the intersection of three cities, near Xiang River. Picturing a lotus, the tabacco headquarter is targeted as a distribution hub and paradigm of green building in the region.
