House of Parliament is the symbolic place represents the highest power of United Kingdom. The members of the House of Commons are elected by the citizens whom are responsible to expresses people’s concerns in the government. H o w e v e r, ‘ T O S P E A K ’ ‘ T O B E H E A R D ’ a r e c o m m o n l y s a i d b y p r o t e s t o r s i n t h e Square. People felt that their problems are unsolved and been ignored by the government.

This model is to question, Is it the MPs are truly the representative of publics in the government? What shall be makeup of the Parliament?
