THE FRESNO CARDINALS HOST THE SANTA MARIA PACKERS The Cardinals are 4-4 at home Fresno, CA June 21, 2011 – The Fresno Cardinals are hosting the Santa Maria Valley Packers on Wednesday, June 22 at 7:00 pm and on Thursday, June 23 at 7:00 p.m. at Buchanan High School. The Cardinals are 5-9 overall and 4-4 at home.

About the Santa Maria Packers The Redding Colt .45’s are 1-4 away and 8-9 overall. Daniel Mallory has the highest batting average at .375. The team batting average is .240. Jordan Sechler has struck out 19 batters.

The Cardinals Start a Fourteen Game Homestand The Fresno Cardinals play the Santa Maria Packers for two games. Then, they host the Nor Cal Pirates and Nevada Bullets for three league games each. The Cardinals play six home games to start off July, hosting the SLO Rattlers, RBI Black Sox, and East Bay Colt .45’s.
