MIMI HAS THE LAST LAUGH Mimi Sheraton, the trailblazing media personality who is still going strong at 92, has only missed one Jubilee NYC. So we were thrilled to see her in the front row (pictured here) of the latest Jubilee this past April. It’s been a busy year for Mimi. She kicked off her 92nd year with a bang in February, celebrating her birthday with friends old and new at The Grill in Manhattan. The menu ranged from pigs in blankets to prime rib to mini versions of the classic dessert, Baked Alaska. Mimi, who was the first female restaurant critic for for The New York Times, writes regularly for The Daily Beast and other publications, and even has a podcast, The Sporkful Presents: Ask Mimi, on Stitcher Premium. She answers questions about food and life from live callers in her inimitable Mimi fashion.
