By shedding light on diverse perspectives and voices, content pillars dedicated to women communities contribute to the visibility and recognition of women's accomplishments, ultimately challenging prevailing stereotypes and promoting gender equality. Moreover, these pillars for us play a vital role in inspiring and motivating women to pursue their passions, break barriers, and lead change in various their business fields. SCOPE OF WORK Editorial Plan Power Accelerator Provides an overview of the content assets and strategies needed to achieve target daily posts and Power Accelerator posts. Specific big event such as Power Accelerator, Growth Team would arrange meeting everyday to strategize best time post and supervise content before posting to social media. Content and Design Strategy After make a blueprint strategy, in line with objectives of Power Accelerator event, back to back discussion with our partner, and make a specific target audience for Power Accelerator, we making content and design based on back to back strategy approach to our specific target audience (approval our partner also Stellar Women Management). Digital Campaign Strategy To improve the growth of participants to prevent drop rate until the event, we make a digital campaign strategy such as collaborations and partnerships with Power Accelerator speakers or our media partners and also we make another digital strategy such as live update about Power Accelerator event on Instagram, etc. Approval Meeting with Partners Every content posts on our social media, we have to up approval to our partner PIC (Person In Charge) one week before. At that time we have to make a tight deadline because there are so many content we must develop and there are so many social media channels that Stellar Women have. Digital Ads Activity Beside make a collaborations with our talent (speakers) also our partners, we also boosting our content by running digital ads to Facebook and Instagram to make a growth of total participants attends to Power Accelerator event. Total budget ads for this activity around 10mio+ for three months. Monitoring Target Achievement Monitoring our kpi or goals for this event are the most important part of our task. Because we have so many target to achieve beside total participants: Reach Instagram, Impression Instagram, Content Post (Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Newsletter, Email Marketing, etc).
Stellar Kartini’s Month OVERVIEW Kartini’s Month Stellar Women's Digital Campaign, we want to tell all women to continue to pursue their own dreams, just like what Kartini had previously done for women. The essence of this campaign are for the struggle of women for what they want to achieve. Beside to telling stories about elevate women's dreams, this campaign aims to serve as an intro campaign for the launch of the Stellar Women Academy Program and also the upcoming Stellar Women event collaborating with Facebook at the Stellar Market event which launched in the middle of April 2022.

Each talent have different content theme. This different theme adjusts the stages of what businesswomen have to go through and as words of affirmations that all women can achieve their #ElevateYourDream. Maintaining Content Apart from collaborating with talents from Stellar Women Academy, we also collaborate with members from Stellar Women. These members are the result of curation from the Community Team and the Stellar Women Growth Team and determine them by their activeness in this membership program. We invite the following 4 people to tell their life stories about their business and how they struggle to do business while starting a family life. We post their stories on Instagram Feed and the Stellar Women Blog Website. Launching Content Over 100 stories were sent to and received by Stellar Women in less than two weeks and we will not deny that it is so hard to chose the best four stories. SCOPE OF WORK Editorial Plan Stellar Kartini’s Month It is really challenging to adjusting 3 big digital campaign in a month (April) with daily post with a few dedicated graphic designer. So we make editorial plan for every content and we initiated daily meeting (Growth Team) to make sure every content will be posted on the right time. Content and Design Strategy I do have a responsibility to quality control checking all daily content basis and in specific for content Stellar Kartini’s Month. We make a special key visual design for this digital campaign so our followers did not misleading what content that we want to communicate to them and our followers and can stay keep up the content about Kartini’s Month. Digital Campaign Strategy We are not using digital ads and everything are organic posts for Stellar Kartini’s Month. Our most organic content post with highest engagement content is content about invite our instagram’s followers to submit their story about their struggle to continue Kartini’s dream (Future Kartini) to win our special package and will be posted on our Website and Instagram. Collaborations Content with Chosen Community Members We are collaborating content Stellar Kartini’s Month with our current members to post to our social media and website. They all have a great visions about what they are doing to their business and keep balancing with their life with their family. Collaborations Content with Chosen SWA Talent Big goals Stellar Kartini’s Month are the launching of SWA (Stellar Women Academy) on Kartini’s Day, so we make a teaser content about Kartini Masa Kini by making video content in a collaborations with SWA Talent: Elizabeth Kurniawan, Sylvia Surya, Puty Puar, and Sari Chairunnisa.
We are doing content about #ElevateYourDreams so every women in Indonesia will make it happen their dreams just like Kartini.

OVERVIEW A 3 days pop-up bazaar where women can networkk, offline workshop with experts from Facebook Team, and shop with womenpreneur. Stellar Women are collaborating this event with Brizola (venue), Facebook Indonesia (speakers), and pop-up market by Stellar Women member community with all segment businesses (7 tenants).

We do have a target to achieve (KPI) attendees at the workshop per day are 75 (seventy five) person per day. We achieved attendees per class 50 (fifty) person with total attendees 160 women join classes in 2 (two) days.
CHALLENGES We struggled enough to invite women as paid workshop participants during working hours at that time. However, it turned out that the excitement of the Stellar Women membership ultimately enlivened the workshop and pop-up market events held at that time. And also speakers from Facebook also made the workshop run exciting and fun.

We have to achieving total 1,000 (thousand) participants for four-week program of Future Leaders Lab. The KPI are target that we agreed on with all our sponsors that involved on this online event program. And we achieved total 1,229 registrants.
CHALLENGES We struggled to determine the right layout to suit several related sponsors for the Future Leaders Lab online event. It requires repeated adjustments and revisions to achieve the needs of these parties. Apart from that, because the series of events is quite busy, we also have to approve the party approximately 5 days before the posting schedule.
Pre-Launching Content In order to make Stellar Women followers interested in taking part in the Future Leaders Lab online event, we posted interesting content for the Pre-Launching Content Future Leaders Lab from video teasers, testimonials from Stellar Women members, countdown event, to announcement speakers before the event started.

At this moment, it was a moment where I saw that the Growth Team felt quite tired from creating content to producing designs because in the previous month, namely April 2022, there were so many offline and online events that they didn't give their full enthusiasm to deliver their work. This is a challenge where the leader provides encouragement and enthusiasm to the team.

OVERVIEW The Women in Digital Landscape online event is an annual collaboration between Stellar Women and Telkomsel DigiAds. This online event is open to the public to learn a lot about digitalization and previously research was also carried out by Stellar Women and then launched during The Day event in the form of a whitepaper (online book) with free access to download.
