2018 Master Number ‘11’
year of great Spiritual Potential
Dear friends, universally, we are now in a rare Numerological Master Number ‘11’ year, an intense, high vibration often described as the ‘Light Bearer’. 11 is the most psychic vibration and resonates to our subconscious, spiritual realms, personal power and leadership. Famous , charismatic people us such as Shirley Temple, Barack & Michelle Obama and Anthony Robbins are all 11’s as well as the names Adolf Hitler, Mussolini and Sadam Hussein! They all inspired us and were charismatic leaders with the powerful 11 vibration, the difference being that some lead through love and light and others influenced through the negative side of the 11, fear and delusion. Given that , astrologically, Jupiter is also in deep, transformative, powerplayer Scorpio this year, we may see these themes played out on the world stage. However the power really lies with the masses who can choose to live and act from fear, limitation and darkness or our arise to our highest truths and upliftment for all. 2018’s Number 11 vibration offers potential for learning, growth and transformation through living from the purity of our heart and soul for the greater good, inspiring others along the way. When we let go of fear, limiting beliefs and imprinting and choose to be inspired by our spiritual truths and vision the universe presents infinite opportunities for a truly magical life! If you are inspired to develop your Psychic, Mediumship or Healing abilities this year, we would be privileged to journey with you sharing our knowledge, love and passion for the same. How Animals Guide & Heal Us ….Cheryl Rae
Animals ‘sensing’ Illness Many years ago, a man and his dog came in the door and up to the front desk I was attending at my workplace. He began to tell me his enquiry as his dog calmly sat by his side for a minute or so, and then out of nowhere, the dog began to bark loudly and jump as high as the fellows head, pawing at him. The customer continued talking about his query for a good 30 seconds or more and I was about to ask him to calm his dog or take him outside when he suddenly collapsed, suffering a ‘grand mal epileptic seizure’. His dog then lay at his side whilst I tried to assist and an ambulance was called by other staff. There was absolutely no outward indication anything at all was wrong until he collapsed, however his dog knew of the pending seizure a good half to a minute prior and his actions were obviously trying to communicate something was wrong! There are many cases where animal companions have ‘sensed’ physical illness in their human and successfully communicated this, sometimes even saving a life. Such as a kangaroo who kept incessantly licking his humans face in one particular spot. She was a wildlife carer and realised this was not a normal habit so eventually decided to see a doctor to look at her face on a gut feeling. Tests showed she had an early stage skin cancer on that very spot, not yet with visible signs. Discovering and treating the cancer so early, she feels, saved her life. More and more as WE grow in awareness and REALISE animals are sentient beings, and that they communicate with us, the closer and richer our relationships become….for both. Over my lifetime of having animal companions I have had countless experiences of their unconditional loving healing, guidance and sharing in many ways, from everyday things to the profound. Again, many years ago, when I had been struck by a life changing, devastating mystery illness, on this one day, I had had enough. I dragged myself up to sit on a kitchen chair and was distraught when I pleaded/challenged spirit, ‘If you are really here, I need help,”. Within seconds I heard the cat flap open and my cat ‘Szarni’ came into the room and jumped straight onto my lap. Then, unusually, she sat facing me and put her paw up on my heart and rested it there just looking at me. It was a profoundly moving moment where her, I and spirit were lifted into a loving, healing and peaceful space. I was so filled by love and spirit that tears turned to laughter and light. Some may think this is not out of the ordinary, but my beloved cat was an independent Miss and sat on me mostly only when meditating and in the evening on the couch, let alone face me or put her paw on my heart, AND leave it there. She was spirits messenger answering my call!
Animals sense Spirit. In 2004 one evening I had set up the Adelaide Mystery School room for a group and meditated calling upon my spirit team, set up energies required and then popped back inside the house momentarily. I heard this almighty meowing from my cat who was in the AMS room which was very loud and did not stop until I came back and sat in the room where there was nothing obviously wrong. Upon investigating I became aware of a spirit being with an energetic cloak that was swishing about as he moved around the room. I sat down with pen and paper and what followed was a very clear insightful channelled message on ‘Reading the Tarot Intuitively” for my students. It was one of the strongest, clearest channelled messages I had ever received to date, even through an awesome decade of working in a small Trance circle receiving guidance and insight from Spirit. Animals give Unconditional love AND Healing Most people who have been close to an animal have experienced how animals ‘know’ when we are down or depressed and they quietly lay upon or beside us radiating peace, love and healing. There are more and more programs in aged care and hospitals where animals visit giving comfort, nurturing and LOVE…..the most powerful healing of all. There is a case where a rescued German Shephard escaped his yard and was found over the road at a neighbours giving great care and attention to a special needs child. Eventually his connection and relationship with this child made such a huge impact on the childs development they adopted him. It is as though animals sense vulnerability and disability, and instinctively know how to be present with people in need in a way that most humans have not mastered but can learn from. Their patience and acceptance can be very profound.
An extraordinary example of Animal healing ,with astounding evidence, was one I shared with my beloved companion of 17 years Szarni the cat. In about 2014-15 a health condition began to deteriorate to the point by end 2015 where I was unable to work, socialize or even sit or chat for any length of time. I saw a counsellor for the emotional/psychological aspect so as not to ‘dump’ too much on those around me, and I had also mentioned my that Szarni was unwell and I was concerned that she was picking up too much on my health. After Szarni had a stay in hospital we organised for her to see a Holistic vet and I went on my planned 5 day break to a friends in Tumby Bay. I was so ill I spent the whole time mostly in bed so I had a Healing session on a QX10 Machine with Judy and the two top major issues were Epstein Barr and KIDNEY. She wrote down the Chinese medicine recommended for the kidney for me. Within days my ex partner rang whilst at the vet with Szarni, and the vet advised that Szarni was picking up on my illness and that, as well as treating her, I needed to work on my health too! My ex was sceptical and mortified she said this, and my heart sank but knew it as truth. Upon returning home with the name of the medicine given my QX10 for me at the session by Jenny I noticed it was EXACTLY THE SAME MEDICINE the vet had prescribed Szarni ...except a few different letters at the end. Apparently one of us was the left kidney and the other was the right kidney. My ex was speechless and amazed, at the evidence of our shared health issue. Since, In the last few years Szarni and I shared the most beautiful and profound healing journey together until her recent peaceful transition into spirit of old age. Beyond the smallest particles everything is energy and physical, mental, emotional and psychological illness is an imbalance of energy. Healing is a natural law of the universe, and where there is empathy for someone, that natural pull of the heart, then the energy flows across to that person, place or situation. Animals unconditionally love and care with heart for family, including their human companions. They instinctively sense energy and give love and healing unconditionally as a natural flow of the universe.
Animals are with us in Spirit beyond Death As a Medium I have connected with countless creatures who have passed over and are close by their beloved humans in spirit, still guiding and protecting them with abounding unconditional love. One night I was woken feeling a cat physically jumping on my bed, and was so elated thinking it was my cat Benny who had been unwell but had improved enough to do so. However as I woke I saw my other cat Muffy who was already in spirit. It was a mixed feeling of being excited to see her, and then realising she was visiting to let me know Benny was close to passing over. I might add I did give her a lecture on treating him well in spirit as she was always a bossy pants when they were in the physical together. Muffy the cat visited me a few times after transitioning into spirit over a few years , and then one night she came to let me know she was moving on to the next level! The communication was mind to mind and I had a real understanding that I may not see her very often, but the love and connection would always be there. Apart from my personal message there was a greater awareness of the journey all animals and humans have once we transition into spirit.
Animal as Messengers and Totems Ancient Indigenous and Native cultures have brought the knowledge that we all have a Totem Animal at birth for a lifetime as well as others who may join us at different times in our lives. This may happen when we join another clan, when we go on pilgrimage, become a healer, writer, mother, adventurer and so on. There are also times when a creature unexpectedly appears out of nowhere in the course of our daily lives, acting as messengers, if we take the time to notice! Animal communicator ‘Scott Alexander King’ writes in the preface of his book ‘Animal Dreaming’. ‘No matter what the scenario or circumstance, there is an animal in existence permeated with the symbolic medicine to aid and support us in every single aspect of our lives.’ Whether an animal is here in the physical or in spirit they are imbued with powerful wisdom and spirit enough to guide and assist us in every aspect and area of life.
All we have to do is humbly honour, open up and enquire into the deeper meaning of their true nature, their actions and their thoughts.

LIFE CAN FEEL SO HARD AT TIMES !!! Life can feel so hard at times and can be so unpredictable. We lay out our plans but they sometimes just do not go the way we hoped or how we expected. External events (often completely beyond our control) can hurl our lives into chaos. We can have many unexpected upheavals such as job losses, health issues, family trauma and natural disasters. (just to name a few)! that can completely unsettle the normalcy of our daily routine and disrupt our lifestyle.
To make matters worse, traumatic events can generate an enormous amount of stress, anxiety, fear, and worry. It can be challenging enough to make it through the day when external conditions are stable, but coping with a large-scale crisis can feel nearly impossible.
What can we do to help us pull through these troubling times?
Just by doing what needs to be done and maintaining your connection to your true self allows you to also take care of yourself in the process.
Its never an easy time but here are some steps you can try to help you through the chaos:1. Identify what needs to be done. Focus on the biggest problems first. Sometimes getting a piece of paper and writing out a list of all the things that needs to be done, having a close look at what you have written and then prioritizing what items really are in urgent need of resolution, can often help. Look at the urgent issues and do not worry about the little issues at this stage.
Focusing on the biggest problems first will allow you at a later date to then have the time to regroup and plan what comes next. Sometimes some of those issues have fixed themselves and are no longer a problem. 2. Breathe: Be Present and Aware of What’s Happening During a traumatic experience, the shock of the situation can trigger an extreme activation of the fight-or-flight response causing you to freeze in fear. Often at times you’re caught so unaware that you are literally unable to process what’s happening. If this happens, the most important reminder is simply to breathe.
If you can remember to breathe deeply and slowly, you’ll effectively counteract the fight-or-flight response enough to choose what to do next.
A quick remedy can be tried by finding a quiet place to be alone, closing your eyes, take some deep breaths,
and find your centre again. Doing this several times a day is a good routine, because it alerts you in a mindful way to what it feels like to be steady and present. 3. Practice Meditation and find some stillness I feel for me that meditation has been one of the best tools to cultivate a calm and present moment’s awareness during traumatic and challenging times. As often as conditions allow during the chaos, try and find some time to settle your mind in meditation and breathe. Due to the large amount of stress such events can cause, longer or more frequent meditation can help weaken the anxiety we are feeling about the situation.
I have found meditation if practised over a period of time, makes it much easier to me mindful and return back to present moment awareness. In this busy world we live in I constantly hear people say that they do not have time to meditate. Even just five minutes a day can be of so much benefit.
Not sure where to get started? Here is a simple meditation you can do in the morning: ~ Get into a comfortable seated position and if you want, set a timer for five minutes. ~ Close your eyes and focus on your breath. ~ Inhale through your nose for four counts, retain for four counts, and exhale through your nose for six counts. If this is too much try inhaling for three counts, retrain for two and exhale out for four to start off with, ~ Every time you notice your mind wandering, gently guide it back to focus on your breath. ~ When the timer goes off, release your counting, but stay seated with your eyes closed for a moment. ~ Open your eyes, draw your arms up to the sky for a stretch, and then move on with your day, carrying the calm energy and intention with you.
4. It also helps to:Try to get plenty of sleep and rest, eat nourishing meals, confide with a friend, or write in a journal to help process your experience/s. Remember, if necessary, consult with a professional to make sure that your mind, body, and emotions are recovering from what you have been through.
