CP24 Talking about hot luxury real estate Friday, May 1st Chris Kapches hit the airways of Toronto when he was interviewed by Nathan Downer of City TV’s CP 24 news channel. Invited on-air to discuss Toronto’s exploding luxury real estate market, with 2014 luxury sales numbers rocketing 37% higher than the year before, Chris discussed the upswing. When asked if he expects this upward trend in the market to continue, Chris replied “Yes, I expect the trend to continue, and we’re experiencing it. 2015 has started off in an even more accelerated fashion than 2014.
