Program Manager, Urban Designer & Researcher WRI India, BIGRS I am Chetan Sodaye, an Architect, Urban Designer, Road Safety Researcher, and Cycling Enthusiast. I am driven by my passion for upgrading urban life and continuously strive to learn about every facet of urban mobility. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on urban life wherever I stay or work. With over 8 years of experience in the field, I currently hold the position of Program Manager at WRI India. I have developed expertise in a wide range of areas including research and analysis, complete street design, cycle-friendly design, policy development, active mobility, cycle design guidelines, last-mile connectivity, urban design guidelines, safe systems approach, data collection and analysis, blue-green infrastructure, and transit-oriented development. I have also been a Core Team Member at Practical Cities where I was involved in Research + Networking + Social Media Communications + Moderating. I Convened around 8 Masterclass Sessions with eminent Professionals from the field of Urban Development, Urban Governance, Urban Design and Urban Transportation.
