Conductor Bramwell Tovey leads a salute to American music that features Copland, Bernstein and a world premiere by Gabriela Lena Frank, named by the Washington Post as one of the 35 most significant female composers in history.

Experience the wide and wonderful world of the forest through Goldilocks’ eyes and playfully explore some of the boundaries and responsibilities that come with growing older. Once Upon a Symphony combines vibrant music, storytelling and enchanting visuals for a lighthearted concert experience perfect for ages 3–5. This program will be performed at the same location and times on Dec. 12 and Jan. 16.
