We say goodbye to three colleagues. Having retired once at the end of last academic year, Mr Ron Spicer returned to help cover economics teaching and he now leaves us again. We are very grateful for everything that he has done so cheerfully and we will miss him. Mrs Simrat Khera joined us as a maternity cover in the religious studies department and has been a highly committed teacher, tutor and colleague. We have valued everything that she has brought to the School and wish her every future success and happiness. Lastly, in 2008 Mrs Pam Rex joined us as a teacher of religious studies and was subsequently made Head of Department. She is a highly capable, dedicated and caring teacher who has worked tirelessly to bring out the very best of all the pupils she has supported. Nothing has been too much trouble for Pam and we will certainly miss her as she begins her retirement. We thank her for everything that she has done so well and hope that she will stay in touch.
