We are pleased to hear from two of our Lower Sixth students, Dhanjot and Keashigan, who have been running their own Medicine and Dentistry Society. BASE Competition

Thirteen of our Lower Sixth students recently took part in the National Business and Accountancy Skills Education (BASE)competition, organised by the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). The competition aimed to give them a real-life understanding of what it is like to be an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, whilst developing their key employability skills.

Apprenticeships

To celebrate this year's National Apprenticeship Week, our Head of Careers ran a dedicated series of talks and workshops. Students from the Upper Fifth to Middle Sixth joined in a presentation from the AIM Group where they found out about all the different types of apprenticeships on offer, the levels they could study, how they work and where to look for them. The School's events were run in conjunction with national events such as The Big Assembly, the UCAS Virtual Apprenticeship Fair and Amazing Apprenticeships.
