1. What are the top current problems facing the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu state and Nigeria? Give mitigation steps you would take to try solving this issues 2. Explain in detail your involvement with the LC with respect to your personal affairs. 3. Briefly outline the teams that an ideal LC should have and highlight your level of knowledge and understanding of the Teams.
1. Give a SWOT analysis of AIESEC Enugu within the past two years, then project future solutions to most of the problems facing AIESEC Enugu 2. Outline the most important needs of AIESEC Enugu for the up-coming year 3. How do you hope to improve/ leverage the working relations between the AIESEC Enugu Member body and the Alumni Body 4. How would you ensure that the Leadership Development Model is developed through every activity that is planned to run within the Next AIESEC year? 5. For each functional area, identify the strength and bottlenecks that exists and Proffer possible solutions to them. 6. How do you plan to make the new system (EXPA and OP) very familiar to every member of AIESEC Enugu for maximum usage and impact?
Role Based Questions 1. Based on the context of 16-17 term, identify and rank in importance, your main responsibilities as LCP and why? 2. In one page, explain or illustrate your vision for the local committee, connecting it to measurable indicators of success (KPI’s). What does this vision mean for AIESEC Enugu and AIESEC in Nigeria? 3. Describe the kind of culture you would like to drive in AIESEC Enugu. Then describe what your ideal LCEB team will be with regards how you will drive your vision and this culture you

The LCP has to be an excellent if not the best leader of an LC. His example and inspiration will define if people in the LCs immediate reality are attracted to AIESEC or not.
