Admissions Notes 4. We ask that caregivers who refer patients DO NOT specify the length of stay for the patient prior to admission to our hospital. We don’t want to set an expectation for a family that may be unrealistic. 5. Many of our rooms have bedside accommodations but some do not. Families are placed into units based on needs of the child and the availability of beds. You may tell families that accommodations will be made so that they can stay in our facility. 6. We contract feeding therapists from CHP, but all of our staff receive extensive training in the feeding program from both a developmental specialist, SLP and OT. We have both a formalized Family Centered Feeding Program and Infant Driven Feeding Program.
