Looking for Transitional Care Families

ADDITIONAL AGENCY CRITERIA AS FOLLOWS:

Must not be looking to grow their family through adoption

Must reside in Allegheny County

One parent must be a stay at home parent

Must be willing to have calls and visits with the child’s birth family

Where Holistic Care Meets Family Empowerment The

Must have parenting experience of at least one infant

Must be willing to work with all races, genders, sexual orientations, and family types

Must be able and willing to transport baby to appointments and visits

toddlers while birthparents are deciding on whether adoption is best.
