The iconic proejct was signed to Benoy in 2012. First planning approval was in 2014, and the second one was in 2017. After very elongated client restrucutre, and DD in the same time, the construction was started 2020, the year I joined Benoy.

I lead a team of a few to consistantly review the construction drawings, and did travels for site inspection even during covid period, after which travels become much more freqent.

The challenge of the construction was coordinating with many consultants and many contractors. A small discrepency in the site would triger large deisgn variations. As protector for the client, the design architect would need to find the right response to the design change and coordinate with the relevants in a short period of time.
