Chicken Train breaders just got better

To meet the increasing demand for fried chicken, Kerry Foodservice has extended its Chicken Train range of breaders with the addition of Southern Fried Light and Crispy Breader.

Offering the same great Southern Fried flavour that the brand is known for, this new variation is lighter in colour and texture and offers a crispier bite, giving fish and chip shops the option to tailor their chicken offering to their customers’ preferences.

Used alongside Chicken Train’s MILDIP before pressure cooking, Southern Fried Light and Crispy Breader gives a deliciously crisp and even coating to a range of chicken products, from breasts and burgers to wings and strips. These can be served as they are or, for a more premium offering, added to sandwiches, wraps and tacos and loaded with sauces and toppings.

With additional opportunities opening up to serve fried chicken - particularly breakfast, lunch and sharing/snacking appetisers, Chicken Train’s Southern Fried Light and Crispy Breader helps shops tap into these by bringing versatility to the menu from noon till night.

Chicken Train Southern Fried Light and Crispy Breader is low in salt and is available in 12.5kg recyclable packs. It joins Southern Fried Chicken and Southern Fried Hot in the breadings range.
