Middleton’s are celebrating 30 years of producing and wanted to mark the occasion with the launch of a brand-new type of batter. Kings Heritage Blend 30 is a combination of different types of flour, contains no artificial colours or flavours and is a next generation product for the modern fryer. The batter is designed to mix easily, fry extra crispy but also hold for longer in the cabinet. The batter is a light golden colour and the response from the trials of the product have been outstanding. Sales Manager, Ryan Baker commented “Since launching this new batter, we have been absolutely delighted at the uptake from the friers who have had the samples. We have been producing batters for quite some time and we have never seen such a positive response to a new product.
