Another term used for stomach diseases is Gastropathy. This disease is also known as “hyperplastic hypersecretory gastropathy”. There are many other stomach diseases that exist. Most of the stomach diseases are associated with infection. Usually a high acidic environment can cause an infected stomach. Its symptoms can be bloating, belching, burning sensation and nausea. Gas and indigestion are problems occurring from the secretion of the digestive juices in our stomach. When the acid present in the stomach begins to irritate the lining of the stomach or reaches to our esophagus, commonly known as acid reflux, one experiences discomfort and a burning sensation in chest and stomach Here are 13 simple, effective remedies what could help. 1. Coriander: Coriander is not only for the stomach, but it treats other diseases. This herb treats indigestion; it can also help in settling your stomach from the burning feeling. You could add roasted coriander seed to a glass of buttermilk or use the dried leaves.

2. Fennel Seeds: When you do eat spicy food you tend to get this burn in your stomach having fennel seeds to solve that problem. The oil in the seeds can reduce the nausea feeling. If you make a powder of the seed, have it twice a day with a glass of water.


3. Black Pepper: When you are suffering from hydrochloric acid (an aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride HCl that is a strong corrosive irritating acid, is normally present in dilute form in gastric juice, and is widely used in industry and in the laboratory), black pepper can be the perfect cure. Or if you grind it into a fine powder, mint leaves, ginger powder and coriander seeds, and take all of them in equal quantities take t twice in a day (only one teaspoon)

4. Cloves: It is known to have a number of medicinal and culinary uses. It helps increase motility. Pieces of cloves can be directly consumed or clove oil can be used to get rid of stomach irritability.


5. Butter Milk: Buttermilk always works wonders when it comes to stomach pain it is most recommended to keep you cool in the summer. It also helps in digestion; it’s just another reason to have a glass of buttermilk for the buttermilk loves.

6. Herbal Tea: Drinking this tea after having a meal helps you digest your heavy meal better. Mint, raspberry and blackberry tea can be taken. If you have a very bad stomach ache, peppermint or chamomile tea to relieve you from the pain.

7. Garlic:


Although the smell is a big put off and the taste might linger in your mouth but it works like a charm. This helps you get relive from gas and ingestion problems. Try having the garlic in soup or hot water this will help you relive the pain faster. Boil the ground garlic in water for a few minutes and add some black pepper and cumin seeds. Strain and drink two or three times in a day.

8. Ginger: This is one ingredient that can cure almost everything. Add some chopped ginger in your food and tea and bite or chew on it so that the juices come out, this will help your stomach. Drinking ginger tea is beneficial gas and indigestion problems better than coffee and soda.

9. Cardamom: This spice is very useful for the stomach. You can either consume it directly or roast it. Cardamom tea is also a great solution.


10. Lemon: This tangy citrus fruit is known for its health benefits. Drinking fresh lemon water first thing in the morning can help you prevent all kinds of digestive disorder and you can live with a healthy digestive system.

11. Asafoetida: This is a digestive spice also known commonly as Hing. This spice can cure many digestive problems. A pinch of hing can be added to a glass of warm water and is to be consumed two to three times a day.


12. Carmon Seeds: Usually found in certain parts of Asia, Carmon also known as “Ajowan/Ajwain� the simplest way to take it is, swallowing 5 to 10 seeds with a bit of salt. Wash it down with a glass of water. This will give you immediate relief.

13. Warm Water: One of the simplest ways to find relief, a glass of warm water can help you cleanse or flush out all the toxins from the body.
