Store launch The store launch is the official unveiling of the new western based store. This is where the public will first come into contact with a bricks and mortar store outside of the United Kingdom. The store will be opening in the 7th July 2019 in the Solamachi retail space. I have proposed several concepts for the day including instore entertainment and meet and greets. I have done this because Missguided as a brand empower individuality and good vibes so by including incentives and ongoing entertainment throughout it will keep the customer instore and would more likely want to return after their initial impression of the store. Sales assistants and brand representatives will be available all day ensure the customer remains happy and satisfied with their purchases, customer service is what will differentiate Missguided from online to offline providing that hands on service helping outfit build and find that perfect fit.

A numerous amount of stars will be hidden around in store and when each star is found a discount of will be discounted on top of the transaction. Each star will have a different discount ranking from 10% - 50% off this incentive will continue until all stars are accounted for.
