The Museum of Rural Lancashire Life Open Day

OPEN DAY - 23RD APRIL 2022

It was an early start, the morning of the 23rd April. At 6 am, I loaded the car with the refreshments etc. Arriving at the museum at 6.45am. All the gazebos were put ready for the volunteers to erect. The weather was kind to us this time. There were stationary engines, a few army vehicles, tractors, classic and vintage cars, and motor bikes. We raised £1050 for Alder Hey Children Charity. A great big thanks go out to all my friends, family and volunteers who made this event possible. Photos by Robert Orton (nephew). The next event we are raising for the Air Ambulance on the 17th September.
