Hello, I’m Alister and I am very passionate in design. I have a fair bit of interest in everything design as I believe it is important for designers to be able to appreciate creativity through different mediums and platforms. Recently I have started a private practice where I took on small scale jobs while seeking for new job opportunities.

During my stint, the company is mostly operated as a two man which include myself and the director. The small amount of manpower led to a lucrative opportunity for me to pick up a large aspect of the trade and they includes, ■ Interfacing Which requires me to speak to all parties such as clients, management, suppliers & contractors. ■ Design Process The complete development starting from sketching ideas, concept, development, material selection and complete drawing set. ■ Fabrication Overseeing Ensuring materials and furnitures arrived on schedule, site management and V.O documentation

Hanwa One Raffles Place, 7850 sqft A trading company situated in downtown, the client wanted an office where they can have two clear distinction of public and private space. Due to the nature of their work, they hold many meetings and guests, hence one of their key priorities is how the public and private spaces can interact with one another.

Zoning Diagram We used basic diagrams to explain to our clients the interactions between spaces and how they work in conjunction with one another. Human flow are also highlighted to show how the users can interact with the space.

Materials In preliminary stages, we arranged a few options of materials samples that can give client a better understanding of the overall concept and vibe of the interior finishing.

Tokyo Electron Paya Lebar Quarters, 14550 sqft This company has an interesting working system as a significant amount of staffs are working outside of offices. Hot desking systems allow the mix used office desk to be utilize to its maximum capacity while at the same time encouraging different people of different department to find a common area where they can discuss their office proceedings.

Mood Images For this project, we showcase series of mood images to help client better visualise the direction of the design. This elegant samples with straight lines and neutral tones becomes a focal point for our upcoming design development.

Rendered Floor Plans More often than not, we will provide clients with rendered floorplans to help client visualise the overall feel of the space and how different zones can be identified through for instance, flooring material and furniture selections.

ANA Trading Singapore Branch SBF Centre @ Robinson Rd, 1200sqft All Nippon Airways set up their first office that manages the trading aspect of the company. This trade requires both their staffs and clients to often fly in or abroad. This then create a dynamic within the office that drives the design approach. We aimed to create an office that is capable of hosting multiple meetings while providing flexible workstations to accommodate various users depending on the duration of their stay.
