MODEL MAKING Models can provide me with an alternate medium where I put ideas into reality. It opens up more exploration processes than what our minds can comprehend.

Below : Exploration models of Martin Margiela’s design philosophy of re-purposing materials into fashion apparels; then translating them into physical design features that are showcased in the window display.

4. Model Making

Top : An overview of a project model that re-looks at the possibilities in our common multi-storey carpark. Bottom : To re-purpose a multi-storey carpark, ventilation and natural light play a major role and the experimental models research the issues faced.

4. Model Making Top : A featured design that aims to take advantage of the moire effect. Bottom : The effect will draw the attention of the public and hopefully peek their interest to knowing what lies behind the installation.

Below : A series of photographed model of a F&B (Potato Head Farm) outlet that serves traditional peranakan food with a mixture of new age technology.
