I spent 28 long years in Banking and Administration before joining academics in 1999. I have been writing a blog as Progressive Banker : www.chowdarip.blogspot.com. A self-made banking professional, hard-working, sincere and friendly individual; currently designated as Dean-Academics at IFIM Business School in Bengaluru since Nov 2014. Earlier, I was Dean (Planning & Development), Dean (Branding & Promotions) and Dean (PR) at TAPMI. Also continuing with responsibilities of Branding, Promotion, B-School Ranking Surveys, etc. Am on the Boards of Studies of three local Institutions - MIM, MCES and Commerce Dept (BBM e-Banking). I was associated with Lions Club for over a decade. I have published and presented research papers at Conferences / in Journals on Banking, Exports, Management Education, Entrepreneurship, Microfinance, etc.
