THE EXPERIENCE: WHAT TO EXPECT { BEFORE THE BIG DAY } We will work with you to create a wedding photography timeline to help make the day go as smoothly as possible. We will contact you a couple weeks before the wedding to confirm your final payment, schedule, and any details. { THE DAY OF THE WEDDING } We usually arrive early to look around for photo locations. Typically we will cover the preparation, first look (if desired), ceremony and reception details, the ceremony, bridal party, family formals, the bride and groom portraits, reception, and anything else agreed upon. Coverage depends on our scheduled time. { AFTER THE HONEYMOON } We will select the best images and edit them. Within 4-6 weeks, we will post a password protected online gallery for you to view your images. Then we will deliver your digital files to you. We will pre-design your wedding album (if ordered). You will review the album and we can make any adjustments. You can order your prints through the online gallery, or we can meet in person. We will retouch any printed photos. Finally, we will deliver your album and prints to you so you can enjoy them! 6

ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable in the front of the camera before the big day. We can suggest several locations depending on your preference of rural or urban. We could even go to the place you first met or proposed. It’s all up to your personal style. You can use the images from the engagement session to create a photo book for guests to sign at your wedding. This will be one you will actually look at again! The engagement session images can also be used on your wedding website or your save the date cards. However you use them, they will complete your story. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How many digital files do we get? We typically deliver 400600 of the best images. Are they edited? Yes! We edit them for you. We will also remove blemishes, etc. in the bride and groom portraits. Can we print them? Yes! We will give you a print release so you can take them anywhere to be printed.

When can we see our photos? Expect 4-6 weeks for editing and re-touching. We will send you a link to your password protected online gallery when they are ready to view. Do we get a preview? Yes! Usually the day after the wedding, we will post a preview on Facebook. How do we get our wedding album? We will pre-design the album for you. Up to
three revisions are included. Once the design is finalized, then we will deliver it to you. Can we order prints? Yes! You can order your wall portraits and prints on the online gallery. Do you bring your own lighting equipment? Yes! We bring portable studio lights and flashes with us that are battery powered.
Do you bring backup equipment? Yes! We bring backup equipment just in case. How much is the retainer? The retainer is 50% of the total cost. It is nonrefundable. Do you have a contract? Yes! The retainer and signed contract is needed in order to book.
What happens if you can’t make it to the wedding? If for some reason we cannot make it to the wedding because we are very sick, etc. we will find substitutes at no cost to you. Do you offer payment plans? Yes! We offer payment plans if needed. We will agree on a payment schedule and sign a payment plan contract.
When is the final payment due? The final payment is due two weeks before the wedding date. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Can I show you photos that I like? Yes! We are open to your ideas and inspiration. We are on Pinterest if you would like to share a board with us. CHRIS-MELINDA.COM
