I used to indecisive but I'm not so sure any more. I used to run for Newport Harriers. My favourite distance was half-marathon (<1hr 19min) but am proud of the fact that I did the London Marathon in <2hrs 55mins. I have contributed to setting TWO world records - casting sequence record of 11,655 ladles (88.9km of slab over a 5 week period), for the continuous casting of steel slabs on a twin-strand caster; - official Guiness World Record for mass skinny dipping, with over 412 others (only a had a small part - but the water was cold!)
