Chris Buckner

Chris Buckner is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, and he currently lives in New York City. After graduating from high school, he studied at the University of Tennessee. The university, which started as a modest institution in 1792, has since evolved to become one of the state's leading public research facilities and the flagship university of Tennessee. After graduating from university, Chris traveled for a couple of years before settling on a career in journalism. For several years, he was a columnist for Metropulse, which is a member of the AAN. Chris has been a passionate activist for alternative media since he was a young teenager, and he used his position to spread the message of alternative media through education and outreach. The AAN is known for its regional focus and for its ability to provide unbiased news reporting. Besides being able to provide a variety of opinion pieces, Chris also regularly features local artists in his weekly lifestyle column. He additionally promoted new bands and shared insights about the exhibitions of local museums. For over two decades, Chris Buckner has been a successful sales professional in the retail industry. As a showroom manager for the company's flagship location in New York City, he was able to lead the company's sales in 2014 to a total of $1.5 million. He was also ranked as the #1 sales representative for the company in his region.
