sincerely hope you can enjoy a beautiful December day with us in Dunlap. Our programs are serious about this business. All of us are driven by quality and a no-excuses belief. We consistently challenge our genetics to deliver a functional product in the pasture with the phenotype that we demand. Our belief of balanced traits with eye appeal has brought us an offering of females in the First Class Sale that is positioned to succeed for its new owners. As I said above, we’re very proud of this set of cattle that we are selling this year. All of us would like to keep several cattle in this offering but when we started this in 2008 we all said that every year the set we are offering needs to be the best of the best. It is so rewarding to each of us to hear the overabundance of success stories that continue to come in from all our past buyers all throughout the year. Those success stories are one of the many reasons we all lace our shoes a little tighter each morning to continue to bring you this elite set of females. We believe that quality has always been very, very important but we believe there is no other time than today that it is most important. It is easy to see as you traveled this fall through the pasture sales, online sales, private treaty sales and auctions that the good ones still sell good and the really, really good ones are always worth more chips. So with that being said, December 10 at 1:00 p.m. in Dunlap, Iowa will be the time to step up to the plate and buy some of those really, really good females that will continue to raise you the calves that will always deliver the most chips.
