SoNo Fest and Chili Cook-Off The annual SoNo Fest and Chili Cook-Off returned for its sixth year on Dec. 6 to the neighborhood that joins North Park and South Park. The event attracted an estimated 18,000 visitors while the biggest beneficiary was McKinley Elementary School. PAGE 14
