Most theater companies today feature productions about gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender life — which couldn’t be said some 30 years ago, when Diversionary Theatre first opened its doors in North Park. “It’s great that LGBT issues are more accepted in the mainstream community and that our voices are being heard,” says Matt Morrow, executive artistic director of the theater.
