COVID-19 has changed our lives in so many different ways, increasing our reliance on technology, causing us to postpone our travel plans, and forcing us to spend more time with ourselves. Since we can no longer just board a flight and leave our issues behind, the importance of mental and physical health has come to the forefront of our consciousness.
Here at the Swiss Club, the Active Fitness team has been hard at work, constantly finding solutions to minimise your downtime. We know the importance of being able to move into a different space to work out and to be able to move your body, strengthen your muscles, breathe harder, stretch and have some laughs in between. It improves both physical and mental health and helps all of us get through this tumultuous period.
Throughout the various lockdowns, our industrious team created outdoor training stations so that you were able to keep those workouts going and stay in shape. Keeping morale high and Members motivated continues to be one of our key goals. We will continue to work hand in hand with you to keep you physically fit and mentally strong.
A NEW SPACE FOR YOUR WORKOUTS
As we enter a new phase of this post-COVID world, we are incredibly excited to have a new training space at the Swiss Club, where Members can come in to train with new equipment and beautiful views. The new setup also contains an additional studio for group classes. We intend to do all that we can to keep your workouts happening and your motivation levels high. While we cannot predict the future, we can promise you that we will remain committed to your journey.
