Set in the beautiful Southern Flinders Ranges just 5km north of Melrose, Camp Willochra is an ideal spot for school camps and provides a great place for exploration, peace, study, play and worship...

Camp Willochra consists of three wings surrounding a central oval and can accommodate up to 94 school students and staff seeing a rural environment at a reasonable price.

There are plenty of beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails in the Mount Remarkable National Park with many bushwalkers challenging themselves with the rewarding climb to the summit of Mount Remarkable, looking over the Willochra Plain and the Spencer Gulf. The National Park is home to the endangered yellow-footed rock wallaby as well as echidnas, goannas, monitors, emus, western grey kangaroos and more than 117 native bird species.

Camp Willochra is perfectly situated as a base for a range of activities and offers plenty of outdoor sporting space, a 10 metre swimming pool and entertainment options for students, including a welcoming camp fire to sit around on a cold winter’s night.

Adventure Centre has 27 outdoor activities through out the year. These activities are separated in the categories Land, Air and Water across a huge 90 acre property. Some of our activities are high ropes course, flying fox, archery, canoeing, commando course and too many more to list!
